Wow. The full length Superman trailer. Wow.

I've now seen more of X3. A few clips here and there. It looks like they had some good ideas, too many good ideas, didn't have the money for all of them and so cut corners in a few places. There are ideas that could have totally been awesome but... Well. I don't want to spoil those who have no wish to be spoiled. It looks like too many good ideas, not enough sternness in decision making.

Nightmare Before Christmas is being rereleased into theaters for Halloween. It will be a special 3-D version of the film and looks to be pretty awesome.

I'm completely not sure what to think of Casino Royale. I don't think that James Bond needs to be updated, really. There are certainly some things about the character that are dated and a little unrealistic but it is freaking /James Bond/. We aren't watching his movies for realism, are we? Beware, the load time for the trailer is something fierce.

Even though I'm seeing excellent reviews about Flight 93 from reviews I trust... I'm still not seeing it. There is too much there, I think. I'm still not entirely sure what I think about the whole thing and what happened that day but I don't need to see movies about it yet. If ever.

I was going to say that I couldn't find a Pirates 2 trailer that worked but A-HA! One that works for me. And... Wow. This movie has a lot more to it than I thought it did. It is a genuine contender for the summer against Superman. (God, Jack Sparrow should /not/ be that sexy. He should be totally skeezy.)

There are rumblings in the distance about a live action Jetson's movie. Ugh.

They're thinking about making another Red Sonja movie. I hope that if they do, that the make a good one. The other one... Just bad. SO BAD.

Jon Favreau will be directing Iron Man for Marvel and Paramount. It sounds like this movie is finally moving out of the development hell it has been stuck in for awhile. Entirely new script writers and such. He's even put stuff up on MySpace, not that I've ever looked for anything there.

For those interested in such things, Free Comic Book day is Saturday. There are all sorts of things that are waiting for me in my comic box but I think I will wait until Saturday to get them. (Partially because of the sickness currently inhabiting my body. Bleh. Sickness.)
