litheraWalking to work isn't bad when I can almost beat the bus from 14th to 5th. It cought up with me around Terry, alas. I will have to work on it.
It is almost Stanley Cup playoff time. The bottom of the division keeps squirming around so I'm not sure who we're playing yet but it looks like it might well be the Sharks. Iiiiinnnnnteresting. Hasek says he might be back for the playoffs. That would make Ottawa closer to a sure thing but in the playoffs there is not such thing, I have discovered.
In other news, the Canucks may not make the playoffs. Ouch.
There is a series of ads on NBC while they're playing hockey. Talking about 'My NHL' and 'My game' and all that. The one voiced by Dennis Leary makes me want to watch people play hockey, to check people into the boards!
The one voiced by Keifer Sutherland, however, is just damned sexy. "You cannot deny me what is mine." Sexy. I've watched him play hockey, too. Pretty cool.
I'm thinking of writing up some sort of primer for Seattle but I'm sort of afraid that it will be all snarky and therefore not helpful to the people who might need it. I should probably write down the notes in my head anyway, huh?
