New costume for Robin. Still looks like Robin but... more sleek.

Green Arrow as mayor of Star City. (This I /really/ like.)

Looks like Katana joins up with the Outsiders. Cool.

I think they mean be around as in being an active hero. I think Wally is retiring to be a dad for awhile.. Weird stuff is happening with Nightwing, Connor is gonna hang it up... I'm going with Guy.

I think it makes sense, the notched cape are reminiscent of wings which you know goes along with the Robin theme.

Oh yeah. Since Supergirl's joining the Green Lantern Corps and Lois is apparently harboring some sort of Kryptonian entity, that would make perfect sense.
