litheraApparently there is a lot of Neil Gaiman comic books stuff coming soon. He's doing something with the Eternals for Marvel and DC is going to be putting out an "Absolute Edition" of Sandman. Not that I know what the heck that means.

From Joss Whedon: Speaking of Darkhorse Comics, they are starting a new Buffy comic, and as I understand it, it will take place after the end of Buffy and Angel and be canon in the Buffy world. And I understand it that way 'cause I'M WRITING IT. I'm kicking off the book with a four issue arc that finds Buffy saying it means I have to finish it.) Then I'll be overseeing the book more closely, to make sure it remains true. Gonna be interesting. ... See, the Buffyverse glows in my brain with a new, overreaching arc that will include the comics, Spike, and more. It's taking shape and soon you will know its name. And you will tremble. ... Well, I certainly can't say much more, except that Wonder Woman is finally kicking ass that is not my ass, as in, I'm loving this script. She's saving the world in a tiara, people; this is why there's a me!
Reviews of the new Harry Potter movie are showing up. They're generally positive, saying it's dark and spooky and that is good. They slashed a bunch of stuff out but... none of the reviewers seem upset with what was slashed. We'll see.
Angelica Huston, Liam Neeson and Pierce Brosnan are going to be in a revenge movie set at the end of the Civil War called Seraphim Falls.
The Bourne Ultimatum is coming together quickly, people being signed up and such.
My WTF moment of the week comes from a story that .... they're remaking Robocop. There was nothing wrong with the first one. The second one was okay and I /had/, until recently, forgotten that there was a third. Oi. Well. We'll see.
