*cheers for Japanses researches*
Jul. 7th, 2005 01:53 pmI figured people would need some good news today.
Researchers in Japan say they have a drug that blocks HIV from entering human cells.
Also, I saw Fantastic Four last night.
I was expecting nothing from this movie. I was expecting it to be painful and awkward.
I'll admit, I was wrong. It was light and fluffy and ... fun. It isn't a masterpiece or anything but it is decent popcorn fare. I'd go see it again as a matinee. Jessica Alba manages to hold her own. In fact, everyone does. Except Doom. Doom is... underwhelming. It was very nice to see effective teamwork in a movie, though. It was pretty cool. The pacing is a bit weird, though. The begining feels a bit rushed, the middle too long and the ending rushed again.
Still... worth your matinee money.
