Anime on DVD reports a recent Rondo Robe indicated that the direct to video series will be open-ending until the manga creator of the horror action determines the conclusion for the series. The 35 minute episodes will be released in Japan starting at the end of the year, and is currently being planned for a three year run. The manga author is heavily involved right down to the casting and the animation direction is supposed to be very close to how the manga itself looks.
Cartoon Network and Adult Swim will be running panels and special events at the San Diego Comic-Con to be held in San Diego, Calif., Thursday, July 14 - Sunday, July 17.

Brett Ratner continues to make me cry. I'm going to have to stop reading X3 news soon or I'll just have some sort of frothing fit and my brain will turn off for awhile.
David O Russell apparently wants to direct the Silver Surfer movie...
Bruce Willis wants to play Nick Fury. The man is getting to the right age. I'm not arguing with the casting there.
Go get the copies of the Serenity comics! Go! Okay... they might not be out until Thursday but... GO! Go!
And David Goyer is still working on his Flash movie. Apparently there will be two (TWO!) of the men to carry the name in the movie (and yes, I know which two) and he's consulting with scientists about the Speed Force and so on and so forth.

Apparently (and I find this hard to believe) Stacy X was the favourite character of Matthew Vaughn and is also Brett's favourite character. More likely, Matthew liked her and worked her into the script and now Brett has to deal with it. Even if she appears, though, I highly doubt it'd be much more than a cameo, her very nature would be hard to sell in a movie like X-Men. The studio just wouldn't allow anything too sexually extreme, which Stacy is.
