Thoughtful...
Mar. 14th, 2005 08:32 amIt was quite a weekend.
It was a weekend where I had time to get things done and then... still had more time. Those don't happen often.
I vacuumed, I ran a load of dishes in the dishwasher, mopped the floor like... seven times and confirmed that, yes, I'll liked have to work on some spots with a sponge.
I cried some. I got outside some and discovered that the deck is a little more scary than it was before after almost putting my foot through a board.
The weather is amazingly lovely but some rain would be good. My skin is drying out, my hair is drying out and so is the rest of the world here. It is making my skin tight. I want some rain.
There are things I'm realizing that I'm not sure I want to put into words because that would... trap them, if that makes sense. Once you name something...
I'm good. I feel peaceful. I don't know how long that will last but... I feel good.
No kendo kata practice for me tomorrow. I must go to a company function since I skipped out on the last one.
And sometime today, I must look at my bank accounts. Wheeee!
