Wow.

And I could walk there from work...

AUGH. Do I have $200 for this?

I want $200 for that but... I can't really afford it now.

*jumps up and down* ARG!

As someone who has taken courses in pottery...

DO IT! It's fun. :) When you have the $$, that is. :)

I've thrown pots before. I've been looking for a place that I could get in some time and some instruction and all of that.... Maybe... Well, I could wait until March, right? 8 week classes....

When you take classes, please share pics of what you do?

I miss pottery. I miss the squishy clay and the peace of throwing.

I do not miss cleanup of the wheel. :)

I haven't been able to find anything that isn't something like this rate. Seriously. I think the cheapest I've found was $85 for a month and materials.

I'll look some more and see if I can find something. We should go to a class together.

That would be keen, but difficult commute wise.

*sigh* I hate being a responsible adult.

It wouldn't have to be here. I mean, you can look for something and maybe there will be something... in between?

Or at a time when I could get there afterwork or on the weekends closer to you?

The ones I was looking at were 7pm or so start in Tacoma, 1 or 2 nights a week. It was ~$115 for 6 weeks, IIRC.

I'll look into it a bit for future consideration (when we both have some money to do it)

7 would be workable. I could get there and get dinner by then. Once a week would be about it, though. Likely, anyway.

I've never been paid biweekly or weekly. Only monthly. Makes budgeting a lot easier, I think. I'd put stuff off too much otherwise. :/
