Isn't it great?

Of course, um, we kinda have to make up for our government being a little reserved thus far. :/ I hope the pockets open wider because they're about at $15 per person affected right now, and half of that is a 'line of credit' to the countries.

Powell has said that the $15 million is an "inital" donation, and that more will be coming. I really, really hope that that's true.

I do too. I know this: the amount of physical aid, with troops and air support, seems impressive. As it should be.
