Sometimes you think you fit in somewhere and you think that you know where you stand. This week.... this month has ben a time of realizing that I don't. It's been very interesting, in almost a clinical way, for me to stand back and go, 'Oh. I guess I won't be involved with that' or, 'Oh, I guess I don't need to make time for that after all' or "I don't neeed to put in the work to figuring that out after all' or any number of things. It has been very interesting. Most of it has been at work but to be honest everything in one side of life bleeds over into the others. That's just the way these things work, you know?

Today - Work
Tomorrow - Turkey Day at Marci's
Friday - Hanging out with Janice somewhere
Saturday - ?
Sunday - Sci-Fi museum

I'll see how I feel. It's a long distance to either place it might be for someone with no money and little gas in the car. That and I don't know if I really want there to be anything on Saturday.

On another note, I would've invited you to Thanksgiving if it was at my parent's place. But they live in AZ now, and I didn't feel right inviting you to Thanksgiving @ Leigh's mom's place.

It's okay. I'm not sure I would have been able to accept the invitation to your parents' place. I wouldn't have wanted to make the day awkward for anyone.

It's really okay, Mike. This stuff isn't so much holiday oriented.
