Date: 2002-02-08 11:14 am (UTC)Welcome.
Protien sometimes is a hard thing for our bodies to digest. Especially in larger quantities.
If you are allowing yourself fruit at all, have a little papaya with your meals.
If you aren't eating fruits right now, I'd suggest taking papaya enzymes. They help break down and digest protiens.
The best tasting ones are at GNC. You can get a bottle of 90 tables for about 6 dollars. And a second one half off.
I take them almost every time I eat. Makes that after-meal loagy feeling go away faster, and I get less bellyaches.

Something else GNC sells, called "Agree With Meals" also helps the ucky tummy feeling. It helps digest fats, carbs and protiens. Derby started taking it, upon my reccommendation, when he was having belly troubles.
Its helped significantly.
Something else to consider.
