I had a good time yesterday walking all up and down Broadway and then up to Justin and Janice's place. It's comfy in a way.

I need a nap. Unfortunately, I have an important meeting for the new job in less than two hours. I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm going to be in this meeting. I think there will be a lot of being quiet and taking notes.

Mmmmm. Coffee.

Really, it can't hurt for them to have invited you into a meeting regarding the new job before you start, even if you don't know what you'll be doing. Gives you some exposure to it all, and might give your mind a bit of a buffer in adjusting time rather than plunging in suddenly when you do start.

Or something like that, anyway.
