How tragic. I shall always remember his as Jor El, even though such was not his most memorable role, just the first I ever saw him in (and amusingly enough, he looks nothing like Jor El in any other film I've seen him in). Rest in peace.
Very sad, which is why I posted about it too. He's something of a tragic figure in his later life. :/ How horrible, to be a private person living one's life and difficulties out in the public eye.
