Thank you obake for the recommendation. Though the women's clinic wasn't open for new patients until September, the directed me to a place that had openings in July.

Phew.

I have to take half a day off that day but... it'll be good. Really. Honest.

I'm more scared of the dentist and tend to go late, cry in the chair, etc. having a dr (actually a pa?) I like helped me a lot. I'm trying to think of what else helps with the girlbit dr, 'try to relax' sounds so dumb. I usually talk the whole time :)

Kaaaaaaaaaat. Distraction time!

Was trying to think of party things last night. Got some neat ideas. You think a houseful of sci-fi pulp or random gods would work better? I confess I was tempted by the idea of "The Underrepresented-Species Furry Party," but nobody likes furries. Cool though it would be to see an armadillo girl or a weevil boy.

Mythological could always be fun. While being animals (furries, whatever) could be amusing, I don't think it carries over so well.

Hmmmmmmmm. Pulp sci-fi could be fun too. Hrrrmmmmm. I ponder now.
