Todays training is going much better. Of course, that's because it is an 'apply your knowledge' day as opposed to a 'sit here while we give you knowledge' day. Those always go better. There is always the exception, the person who is bound and determined to ask for every piece of information again and ask for it in documentation but.... Eh.

Anyway.... I must get lunch now.
