Geeze... Time to lay off the... something...

My mind just shot through this situation. It's kind of crazy.

So a friend called me up and invited me to come with him and some other people to see a movie next week. I had to say no because I'm going to be down at Mike and Leigh's house sitting. That's okay, all well and good.

However, I just fast forward envisioned this wacky scenario where I just ruined all of these plans by saying no. Because obviously this was just a plan to get me to go with him. The other people would conveniently never show up and... Yeah. There are wacky hijinks this way.

Some days I'm paranoid. Others I'm just crazy. Today, I might well be both.

I'm not saying it would be, at all. I just can't do it, since I'll be distance away doing some house sitting at that point.

I just made up this strange scenario in my head. I don't know why they happen. At times I come up with some strange things as to why people might be asking me to do things.

That's kind of how I get at times when guys have to gang up to ask or tell me something. Anytime something like that happens my mind throws out caution sings right in front of me but after I answer the question or listen to what they have to say I tend to wonder if they were trying to pull a joke on me or if they seriously did have a truthful good reason for the little 'meeting'. Though I also tend to revisit memories of situations which have happened in high school where I totally change the ending from how it really went down to the scoobydoo ending where I say some cool smart stuff and make everyone else who I thought of as jerks look real stupid, and bad and stuff. It cheers me right up.
