litheraWent to the gym last night. Definately feeling it today. Wow. So tired.
Starting to realize that, yes, there was a reason that I limited myself in the number of games I was in. Talking to Brian over e-mail I'm starting to piece together why exactly that was. It makes me wonder if what I'm finding here can apply over other parts of my life and I think it can. It's kind of interesting. Maybe I'll share if I can pin it down towards words a little more. Something about over exposure, spreading myself too thin and quality of time.
It's sunny today. Check that out. It's another lovely day. Man.
