Ah... the power of toast.

It was clear and sunny at home. Crossing the Aurora Bridge was like driving into a wall of grey. Bleh, I say. It's mostly sunny here now, though. Still some patches of hazy fog.

All of you who have the ability to go outside and enjoy the day, I must say I am envious. Today already looks like the sort of day where I'd ideally take a long walk through the woods, find a nice big rock and curl up on it in the sun.

Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm really cat-like or something distinctly more ... lizard-like.

Oh. As a note, some fo the responses to my journal aren't getting e-mailed so if it takes me a bit to notice and respond, I appologize.

The view from the I-5 ship canal bridge was quite stunning this morning. All you could see of downtown was the tops of the Columbia and Key towers.

I drove across the Aurora bridge also this morning.. Yes.. Nice thick fog over the canal while going from Wallingford towards downtown Seattle.. But, was driving my wife to work.. As for me, I went back home (driving across that bridge again).. While outside looks lovely, if I wasn't feeling ill, I'd also be tempted to go into the woods, and if I had a GPS, probably go Geocaching also..

By the way, what movie is that icon from?

Boston has actually been sunny and a balmy 45, which is nice considering that the past week was in the 20's, which was warm by the usual -5 to +10 scale we've gotten used to. :P

Well, our high will be 50 here today but I can tell you it isn't 50 out there right now. I love these days where it is brisk and clear and chill and you can really feel the sun.
