A few moments ago I had a flare of panic about something I needed to do... or shouldn't have done...

And now, that I can take care of whatever it was, I can't remember what it was. I can still feel the after afects of the panic singing in my nerves but I cannot remember what caused it.

Beleive it or not this happens more often than I'd care to admit.

I was hoping that posting this would help but it doesn't seem to have done so.

Drat.

As long as it wasn't oh yeah, I forgot to put out that fire in my hair it likely will come up again as soon as you forget to think about it. :P

Panic/anxiety/ etc is pretty common, so don't feel freaked out. It's something that alot of people deal with in their own way. Today's high paces, super kinetic world doesn't help either. I really wonder how much anxiety is caused by information overload. Think of all the knowledge, news, events, data, etc, that we modern fleshbags (hehe) process every day.
@_@
Hang in there!!!
Me, I play video games to relax, except for when the !@#$!@!@# game is pissing me off, then I think about doing Yoga, then I change the channel ...
It's a reminder for me stay active.
Cheers, lady!
