So, I pushed myself last night and it felt good then.

I don't feel so good this morning. I am sore and more than just that pleasant ache after a workout. No, I'm sore in places I don't think I've ever been sore before. I know it is a good thing and I am looking forward to doing it again tonight but right now... I hurt. I didn't sleep as well as I could because of it, too.

I have a meal plan. It's a decent meal plan. I'm going to try to stick as closely to it as I can but wow, it has me eating a lot. This breakfast thing isn't all that fun yet. I feel a little queasy in eating that much in the morning, but I shall prevail. Or that's the plan anyway. It's all for the betterment of me.

*sighs softly*

Later today, if I get the time, I'll see about making a Gatekeepers community.
