litheraI'm home. Or rather, I'm at work.
Nothing exploded while I was gone. That was excellent in itself. There are things I need to do, but that's the way things are, you know? If they didn't have to pay you to do it, it wouldn't be called work.
Anything I should know about out there in friend's land that happened? I got a quick rundown but there are always things happening.

pullthestars. I checked in and got on the plane. There was apparently something wrong, a horrible smell was in the cabin that I couldn't smell. I think it was putting me to sleep. We got onto a new plane and took off. I got down there around 9 and got picked up by nym, connaissance and hydrargarium.
Steph's new place is very nice. She'd been up all night and so proceeded to go back to sleep while Paul and I watched Spy Game. Then we went to the airport to pick uphopeevey. We went back and hung out and chatted. Off of Steph's deck looks like New Orleans, impressive since it is in San Jose. The entire place has a very calm feeling to it to me.
After much looking and searching and shopping for a great number of things. We went out and had Thai and picked upwaya and Daniel and Seamus (who both have lj's, I'm just not sure who is who). Waya came back with us and we all hung out and chatted. There was a lot of chatting. We all got along amazingly, which was great.
And.... Hell with this. A lot of things happened. The wedding was lovely, if dark and a big wet. Beaches are lovely and I'd forgotten how much I missed having a real beach with real sand. The boardwalk was fun. There was plenty of good food all weekend.
Marci is in a nice place, if a bit small. The area is okay and she's very close to work. We wandered all over San Francisco yesterday and I have a feeling I will be a little annoying at Gatekeepers after this, having an infinately better layout of the city in my head now.
Probably more on this later. I have work to do.
