I didn't think I'd get such a reaction of people lighting candles for me. Thank you. That really made my morning.

I got home last night to find that my cable modem wasn't working. Bah. Stupid thing. I paid all of my bills and went to sai class. I think I have "sai jutsu Nihon kata ichi" and "sai jutsu Nihon kata ni" down now. (Yes, I am aware that that translates to Japanese sai kata one and two.) The third one, "Shibi no sai sho" is a lot more difficult, but I think I'm getting it.
Then Marci called and I talked to her until my phone started doing odd beeping things. I hung it up for a while and talked to Kevin and then called Jenn Ryan and got her to come over. I'm glad I did because she's going through a rough time. *hugs and warm squishy thoughts to you*

Okay. This is kind of like Mickey Mouse Roll-call time. (Heh. Wow is that a memory.) THose of you coming to help me pack on Friday or move on Saturday, please let me know. I want to know generally how many people I should expect. Also, if you are not into lifting and moving things, you can come prepared to clean. That's good too.
Friday's list thus far - Julz, Kevin and a whole bunch of maybes.
Saturday's list thus far - Joe, Andy (the people with the mini-vans) and a lot of probably people.
As a note, I would like to have people showing up at my apartment around 11:00 on Saturday. I've already been told that it will be more like 11:30 for some, but as long as its before noon, that's best.
I think that's it for now.

Date: 2001-08-23 09:59 am (UTC)I've got to be at Con (Dragonflight) for some of the day on Saturday... but I can probably run a load or two in my truck if you like... Especially since con is in the U district. And that's much closer to where you have been living than where I normally live.
