litheraMy weekend was a good one. I enjoyed it lots.
The Italian Job - It is a heist flick. There isn't much that is innovative in it, though there were some really nice bits of stealing in it. Seth Green really stole the show here. If you're a fan of his, I highly recommend going to see it. "I am the real Napster!" That and there are some really pretty cars in there. (And one Ducati.)
Finding Nemo - Wow. This started out on a really down note for a kids movie. I really, really enjoyed this. It was lush and beautiful and while kids seemed to be entertained, I'm pretty sure this movie wasn't aimed directly at them. Biggest opening weekend for an animated film ever. Congrats.
Down With Love - Now I can see why some people didn't like this movie. It most certainly isn't for everyone. It is a spoof and it is tons and tons of fun. It makes fun of itself and all of those romantic comedies from the sixties. Blue suit. "Ladies' man, man's man, man about town..." "There /were/ Nazis! I knew it!"
Game yesterday was good. I'll have to sort things out for a journal entry or five. We'll see what comes out.
