Well, that's another meeting down. Wheee. Not too much to talk about other than things look good.

I've slipped out of ketosis. I must get back inot ketosis and continue to lose weight. No more cheating for me for awhile. Salad, meat, cheese and eggs for me.

It was the birthday cake that killed me over the weekend. Couldn't help it. *sigh* So, I'll be going through sugar withdrawl again here shortly.

Hmmm. Whatelse. Don't know. More lunch.
