May. 6th, 2003 08:53 amThe Matrix reviews are coming in and interestingly, they're a mixed bag. Some people are super hyper excited and others are kind of luke warm. Very few people hating it, but there will always be a few. Apparently Time's article on it reveals the ending, so don't read it if you don't want to know. (And the review isn't that sparkling, either.)
This evening's Buffy? Gonna be all about the sex and love, my friends. What else do you do when the world is going to end?
Paramount Home Video has made the official announcement that the "Indiana Jones" trilogy will hit DVD in a 4-disc set on November 4th!!!! Who-hoo! Each film has had its image meticulously restored with THX digital remastering and sports a new Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack. Available in both widescreen and full-screen versions, there is no suggested retail price but the collection is anticipated to be available for approximately $49.95 in the U.S. (international prices will vary). Go check out the trailer for the DVDs.
There are new trailers out there for Finding Nemo, Spy Kids 3-D and a whole host of other movies.
X2 made $85.56 million opening weekend. Fourth largest opening ever behind Spider-Man ($114.8 million), "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone ($90.3 million) and "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets ($88.4 million).
