So much bad fan fiction.

I was looking around for something else entirely when I ran into Bat/Buffy fic. The writer had crossed over the BatClan and the Buffyverse. Now, sometimes these cross over things work. However, Dick Grayson and Buffy Summers getting married? Bruce Wayne in a pick up game of basketball...? I'll stop there.

In fact the only bit I could gather from it that might have made sense was Spike and Cassandra Cain going out to kick some ass together. I can see those two characters bonding there. Especially since Spike could to all the talking. He does get the best lines.

I'm working on a fanfic where Captain Picard falls through a temporal wormhole caused by a holodeck accident, and finds himself in early 21st century Metropolis, and he works together with Superman and the Green Lantern to stop the evil plans of Moriarty the Holoconstruct, who also fell through the wormhole. Here's the catch, Moriarty has teamed up with Martha Stewert Publishing to create magazine articles with hypnotic subtext, and then make sure those get into the Enterprises data archives, a thousand of years later. The Enterprise implodes during the climax, and appears in the past, and Wonder Woman has to shoot it down in her invisible jet.

Or I could gouge my eyes out with a corkscrew and barbecue my gametes. America is all about that kind of freedom.

When Patrick Stewart was on the Daily Show, Jon Stewart had this elaborate crossover plan where Professor X would meet Capt. Picard.

The truly scary thing is that someone actually got PUBLISHED doing the X-Men/Next Gen crossover.

That, and that one of the thoughts I head reading through that synopsis, is that Wonder Woman no longer has her invisible jet. As if that were the only problem with the above storyline.

See, though if it is appearing in the past, it could be /anytime/ in the past and thusly when Wonder Woman has the jet.

Oh God. Help me. Stab me. I'm justifying that horror.
