My stomach just wants me to die today.

There seems to be nothing I can eat or drink which makes it happy.

Ugh.

Tina is suggesting peppermint; we do have peppermint tea at home.

I'd have gotten some at lunch but I forgot my wallet at home. Bleh.

The mint tea didn't make it angry. It didn't make it better, but it didn't make it angry either. I'll make some when I get home.

Tea, Toast, Rice, all these are good.

Failing that, you're welcome to come be ill at our house.

Banannas, Rice, Apples, and Toast.

Someone already mentioned ginger, if you can find real ginger ale made with actual ginger (check the ingredients list, Polar makes some), I find that works better than candied ginger (the sugar tends to hurt more than the ginger helps, for me at least).

Also, oddly, cinnamon works for some people. You might try a little cinnamon in tea, and see if it helps any.
