52% of people who vote in polls on CNN. This is an important distinction that we shouldn't over look. Tells you something about how CNN is reporting the "Showdown: Iraq". Biased titling anyone? No wonder 89% of these pollers think war is gonna happen.

The economics of it are that war is good for CNN and other news affiliates. People locked to their TVs, waiting for the bomb to drop. So when CNN conducts a poll on the "Showdown: Iraq" situation, don't be surprised by high expectations of war.

I hate spin.

Well, I'm kind of waiting for it myself. We've taken so long now, though, it will very specifically be against some people.

We've now gone past the ask permission or ask forgiveness dilemma. If we're going to do this no matter what, why are we asking about it?

I'm just... Ehn. I don't even know anything other than I'm going over seas in a week and a half.
