Mar. 3rd, 2003 01:22 pmWow. Harry Potter book 5 spoilers. I... Well. I hope these aren't true. That's all I'll say.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, newcomer Garrett Hedlund has been added to the all-star cast of Warner Bros. Pictures/Village Roadshow Pictures' Troy for director Wolfgang Petersen. Hedlund will play Patroclus, Achilles' teenage cousin who has warrior aspirations. The role marks a coup for Hedlund, a Minnesota native who arrived in Los Angeles last month to pursue an acting career. Troy was the first audition he was sent on. Wow. What a group of actors to start a career with.
Cowboy Bebop the movie trailer. Not in Quicktime, so you're in luck. I must see this. It will be playing in Seattle April 4th.... Hmmmmm. Must track down where.
Now there are rumors that David Boreanaz has been cast as Superman, but Warner Brothers is denying that anyone has been cast.
There is another update to the X2 site. *grins* We've changed from Nightcrawler to someone else. Hee hee hee.
The JLA/Avengers crossover is targeted to start this fall, DC Comics announced at its MegaCon panel on Sunday.
Editor Matt Idelson said that Batman: Death and the Maiden, by Greg Rucka and Klaus Janson, will start in either September or October. The nine-issue mini-series will be previewed in Detective Comics #783.
