Lots of movie stuff, I think..
Jan. 13th, 2003 08:57 amThere are rumors about how X-men2 is going to end, but Moriarity says to ignore them. So, while I'll probably go read them, I'll probably ignore them. However, he saus something else interesting - "I have no doubt that they got this letter, and I’m not sure if they’re adding a moment like this or not, but don’t worry... even if you stumble across this “spoiler,” you don’t know the first thing about the way X-MEN 2 ends. That’s good, too, because Bryan Singer and his writers, Mike Dougherty and Dan Harris, have come up with something pretty groovy that’s going to make continuity freaks light up like Christmas trees when they lay eyes on it. It’s a heck of a setup for where the franchise might go next, and it’s also a callback to the second film in another popular geek franchise. Overall, very smart stuff, and it’s going to be one of the big kicks you get in a movie this summer."
More rumors of other people playing Punisher. Thomas Jane is the new name. Well, that's certainly a step up from the others mentioned.
Aussie actress Rose Byrne is in talks for Troy. Rumor has it she would play Briseis. That's the girl the fight between Agamemmnon and Achilles starts over, though the explanation given here is a bit different.... Hrm.
It looks like Buffy might end this season for reasons other than Joss saying it does or a lack of Buffy. Again we run into money vs ratings and all sorts of things like that.
Once Upon a time In Mexico finally has a release date. It is September 12, 2003. Well, that's something in the two months of nothing.
