As for movie stuff....
Jan. 6th, 2003 08:55 amThere are rumblings of a fifth Batman movie, though with no Robin, no Batgirl - none of that. It would be Scarecrow and.. well... It's promising, but I wouldn't get too hopeful yet.
Daredevil - Of course. I keep forgetting that I have Elektra as my wallpaper and she looks so cool everytime I see it.
Dreamcatcher - I'm hoping that this will be a case where the movie is as good as the book, like Misery.
Duplex - Another black comedy from Danny Devito. I loved Death to Smoochy. I'm all about another chance for the funny. That and it has Ben Stiller.
Emile - Ian McKellan. Really that's all I need.
Envy - Starring: Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Christopher Walken, Rachel Weisz, Ving Rhames Yep. That's enough for me. We'll see what it looks like closer to summer.
Fantastic Four - I'd like to see it but.... I don't know. I just don't know. It won't be until next year anyway.
Freddy VS Jason - C'mon. Everyone who grew up in the 80s has always wondered...
Fury Road - Another Mad Max movie. Mel Gibson doesn't really pick bad scripts too often. This one got him interested enough to sign up for it. I'm there.
George and the Dragon - By the guy who did Dog Soldiers. (Excellent Werewolf flick) It's enough to make me want to see this.
Harry Potter 3 & 4 - Depending on how the Matrix movies do they might film them both at the same time... Those poor kids.
Hellboy - We'll see. I'm excited for, but leary of comic book movies.
Helldorado - The Rock and Christopher Walken. Can I say no to that?
The Hulk - I've a soft sport for the guy, though I'm not too sure about Ang Lee and I keep hearing these horrible things about it.
I, Robot - It would be nice to see this done well. I'm not sure how you'd do it, though. There are lots of differnet ways to come at it. There are some pretty big names looking to be attached to it, though...
The Incredibles - Family of superheros + Pixar = Win Not until 2004, though.
Jersey Girl - Kevin Smith. But it will be Kevin Smith at PG-13, so I don't know how this will be, really.
Some Return of the King images in calendar form.
And I think that's it for the moment.
