This is what I was afraid was going to happen. I'm at 15,454 words and I'm starting to run out of steam. I've still managed to catch up a little bit from my weekend of not writing, but... I am hoping for some sort of inspiration as to what to do next. I have an idea of a scene later that if I'm not inspired to do the scene that actually comes next.

Maybe that will help.

I'm afraid I either missed entirely or have forgotten what you're writing the novel about, but I give you this, a guideline for stage actors which I feel crosses over quite tidily into many other creative areas:


"When in doubt, smoke."


No, don't go light up. But maybe the book needs something set afire, or messily detonated? That's what I'D do.

I'm pretty sure that the Grey Council isn't a dream sequence. They aren't the Grey Council, either. They're too... somethin'.

Hmmmmmm. That's an idea.

I'm writing a novel in november. It's a nifty idea and though it will suck (trust me, it's bad) it will be finished.
