So, it seems that Tim Burton is going to the Addams Family in an animated format in 3D. I'm not really thrilled by this. I know the man has a niche but I liked it when he was a little further afield than this.

They're going to remake Moster Squad.

Ghostbusters 3 is getting less and less likely. Sony wants a newer, younger, more hip director - except Ivan Reitman's contract still gives him exceptional creative control over the series, including director approval. It is also said that all three of the main principals (Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, and Harold Ramis) have a deal that says that if any of the four of them don’t like any element of a new Ghostbusters, they can singlehandedly veto and kill the whole project. Things do no look good.

Bryan Singer had lunch with Hugh Jackman about... something. He's asked Lauren Schuler Donner to hole X-Men 4 for him and he's very much focused on getting X-Men: First Class out.... once he's done with Jack the Giant Killer.
