Go on and read that. I can wait.
Done?
Cool.
Here's the thing. I LOVE Comic Con. It is super crazy, busy, crowded and a glorious spectacle of nerdiness. If there were more chiming noises, it would almost be Nerd Vegas. I have a hell of a good time there and I look forward to it every year.
I have not personally been treated that way at Comic Con. Still, I've seen it happen to others and I've done what I could to step in and stop it more than once. The main issue here is that there is no official policy for it and no official line of recourse for people who feel that they need one. That's not cool. I think this is one of those cases where a general sense of awareness through out the whole community would do a hell of a lot of good.
