Dec. 2nd, 2007

On December 14 the teaser trailer for The Dark Knight will be released with I Am Legend. It will already be showing the 7-minute opening scene of "Dark Knight" before the screenings of "Legend" in IMAX.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull's first trailer is planned for a debut in February. Paramount's biggest film in February is The Spiderwick Chronicles. Hrmmmm. That doesn't seem like a fit. It is possible Paramount will decide to debut footage earlier during the Super Bowl - that seems a bit more fitting.

JJ Abrams is keeping it in the family, as it were because the first Star Trek trailer is planning a debut with Cloverfield on January 18, 2008. It will likely be short. They haven't been filming that long.

Kris, Holly and I received our BPAL order. YEAH! So far:
Lick It One More Time: I smell like a candy cane! YEAH!!!
Gingerbread Poppet: In the bottle it is overwhelming and unpleasant. On me it is lovely. Another win.
Egg Nog: In the bottle it smells like alcohol doom. On me it doesn't smell like much and fades really, really fast. Sad.
Kill-Devil: In the bottle I have no idea what this really smells like. On my skin it smells like an oak plank that has been soaking in honey for a few years. I like it.
El Dia Del Reyes: In the bottle it smells like the best cinnamon, chocolate coffee... On me it smells sort of musty and cinnamon-y... except if the cinnamon were still on the tree. I'm going to give it another chance but.. Meh.

As for the frimps: Bliss - It makes me smell like a brownie! Woooo! I think I want more.
Midnight Kiss: A dark musky, tobacco chocolate smell. Not sure if I like it or not. It isn't bad but it isn't horrible. Okay to have an imp of, certainly.
Kris and I found an apartment today.

There is irony in the fact that the company bought the building and started making them into condos when they realized the market was starting to go soft so decided to rent them out instead. We'll both be paying less at the new place, which is nice. Everything is new, there is a shower and a shower/soaking tub. New appliances, amazing granite countertops and beautiful hardwoods. We have our own deck as well as parking included in rent.

All of this, just a block off of Broadway. (At the intersection of Harvard and Harrison - technically #5 401 Harvard.)

I'll likely be moving the first weekend in January. Anyone who comes over in the last two weeks in December, be prepared to help me pack a box or two.

Does anyone want/need a computer desk? I'm probably going to be getting rid of mine, along with the old TV and old computer monitor I have. I'd rather they go to a good home than just get hauled away as junk.

It is nice when it feel like life starts to string together.
