Let me tell you...

A three day work week? Sounds mighty good to me.

It was a good weekend. I was relaxed through most of it, except for a point on Sunday where I started freaking out for some reason. I don't know why I do that but there are times I have mild panic attacks about ... nothing so far as I can tell. I got all tense and had to shut down a bit mentally. I hate doing it but it is better than just losing it and going really panicked.

Other than that .... hour or so, things were great. I always wish there were more time in weekends. Even if it were only time I could use for sleeping. I'd be okay with that.

Mmmmmmm. Lots of work to do, being a shorter week and all.

I don't know why...

... but my back keeps on tensing up in horrible ways. I'm just... hurting. Between and beneath my shoulder blades as well as right where the curve of my lower back begins. I have no idea why this happens. It makes it hard to breathe and it seems to come and go almost at random.
