So right as I got off of the bus the sky opened up and started pouring. S'kind of funny. My hair was just starting to dry a little bit, too. Heh. I love the rain, though. It left a smile on my face.

I listened to my new Muppets CD on my way into work. It's been a long time since something tugged at me so hard in so many different ways. I was happy and almost crying at the same time. I love the Muppets. Jim Henson's death still makes me a little sad now and then.

What else? I'm nervous about the meeting today but we'll see how it goes. I have a few questions about the job that I am hoping to get answered. Maybe have some general conversation and chitchat as well. I'm hoping my hair dries out.... other than this one strand that seems to have avoided all of the rain. That would be quite nice.

I need to think of villain colors. I know any color can be but I need two colors that go together villainously. I'm coming up with green and purple as it seems to be popular like that but I'm open to suggestions.
Interesting there is a call sheet going around from Batman Begins. It has a certain T. Welling listed as a character named "Kent". That would be interesting, to say the least. (And ninjas are cool.)

The Muppet Wizard of Oz sounds really good. It will be on tv in May 2005. Ashanti is playing Dorothy, which is interesting but here is the fun stuff: "There, she meets the Munchkins (played by the Muppet rats), the Scarecrow (Kermit the Frog), the Tin Man (Gonzo) and the Lion (Fozzie).

"The group's quest to get the Wicked Witch (Miss Piggy) culminates with a fight scene between Dorothy and the witch. As the action is about to begin, the film cuts to Tarantino pitching to Kermit how the scene should be done -- a cameo written specifically for the Kill Bill director."

Speaking of Muppets - if anyone missed the Weezer video with them in it, it is right here.

The Wayans Brothers have gotten permission to do a remake of The Munsters. I have no idea if this will be any good or not.

The Metroid movie seems to be on hold.

Marton Csokas (Celeborn) will be playing Trevor Goodchild in the Aeon Flux movie. There are a lot of other people in this movie you've probably only vaguely heard of, which is cool.

Anyone out there in or near New York? Fantastic Four stuff will be filmed there in September.

Will Eisner's The Spirit is being made into a movie.

Ellen DeGeneres is playing God in a remake of "Oh, God!" I don't think that was something that needed to be done, really. Meh.

That's it for now.
