Another morning...

Wheeee. More coughing and hacking this morning. It must sound as though I'm going to die to anyone listening. I am feelings tons and tons better. I've mostly gotten my voice back, which is lovely, considering I have to train people today. I should be more nervous about that than I am. Maybe it will come to me in an hour or two when I am closer to the actual event.

My Superman DVD has the option of watching the movie only with the score! That's so awesome.

Later today I'll be posting about Hellboy showings and stuff for Friday. If anyone wants to go an you have time contraints of some sort, let me know now, so I can work that in to picking a theater and a time.

Adrien Brody (The Pianist) is in talks with Universal Pictures to join the cast of Peter Jackson's King Kong, says Variety. On Monday, the studio announced that Jack Black will play showman Carl Denham who brings the giant gorilla to New York City from Skull Island.

Keanu Reeves will star in A Scanner Darkly. Another Phillip K. Dick novel that may or may not look anything like novel when they're done.

Universal Pictures is in talks with 2 Fast 2 Furious writing duo Michael Brandt and Derek Haas to adapt the recently acquired comic book property Wanted. There are what? Three issues of this out so far...?

The trailer for the Dodgeball movie. Wow. I think I have to see that.

There are lots of things I could say here but none of them are connected well. Right now I feel the strings going out from me to other people very keenly. Over long distances, they gather lots of slack in them and sometimes you wonder if there is anyone on the other side at all.
