It's a morning...

Definately a morning. I enjoyed conversations with birds this morning and I am only slightly drowsy. Of course going to be early helps that out.

I have mind numbing things to do here at work and potentially I'll have more of them to do later. I may end up coming into work on Saturday. It remains to be seen if this is so. If people want over time, then I will need to be here.

Next week we do 4-10s or rather 3-10s since we get Christmas off. Getting up that early will be interesting fun but I really do miss 4-10s. Ah well.

Going to the gym this evening. Wheeeeee.

The travel bug is kicking my ass again....

Definately going to New Orleans this spring.

I'll go by myself but I admit part of the reason I like traveling with people is sharing the experience - new ones and old ones from times travelled in the past.

I'm not going anywhere for Christmas and it feels wrong. It's been a long time since I haven't travelled over the holidays.

So, I'm saving all of that up. It's only four, four and a half months, right? And I get my new allotment of personal time in April.

Okay... That's too convenient.

NorWesCon is the 8-11th of April this year.

Cody's Spring Break is the week of the 12th.

It is hard for me to think of a better scenario than going to Con and then going to the airport and getting on a plane for New Orleans. Talk about a relaxing vacation for me.

I cannot resist this. Time to start looking into hotel things all around.
