lithera: (Rar!)
So, I got home from game last night, very excellent btw, and was tired. So I climbed the stairs and slipped into bed. What happens? Do I get to sleep? Oh no. I don't sleep. I did slip into a strange thing that was not really sleep but not really awake either, however I do remember looking at the clock once each hour.

Damn it.

Pretty soon I'm going to dose myself with something to get a full night's sleep. I've been sleeping but apparently not very well since I'm still always tired. Rar.

I'll post more about other things later, but for right now, that's where I'm at.
Good music helps.

Soon coffee will help.

Oh yes.
Reviews for Once Upon a Time in Mexico - pretty and pretty much the same story as the last one. Which was...(those of you paying attention, please join me on this..) pretty much the same story as the one before that. So, I will be quite happy, I think. Just go in expecting Desperado or El Mariachi and I'll be happy.

The Fighting Temptations is apparently pretty good. Yeah for Cuba Gooding Jr. Save your career!

Tilda Swinton is in talks to star in Warner Bros. Pictures' Constantine. The adaptation of the DC-Vertigo comic book "Hellblazer" will be directed by Francis Lawrence. Keanu Reeves stars as John Constantine, a man who dabbles in the occult and teams with a female police officer to fight evil forces. Rachel Weisz will play Angela, the cop who becomes involved with Constantine when her twin sister dies in a mysterious suicide. Swinton would play Gabriel, a rogue angel battling Constantine. (Whoa.)

If you go to Superhero Hype, they ahve the 11 deleted scenes from X2 that will be on the DVD.

More word on Wonder Woman is starting to come out. She can apparently fly on her own. Yeah! No stupid invisible plane!

Flash Thompson is introduced in "Flash Memory," this Friday's new episode of the Spider-Man animated series on MTV.

See, you know what's happening in this issue just by looking at the cover.

Well, Friday was movies. Movies are fun. Well, it was just one movie. It was Freddy vs Jason. I was pleased with it. They set up a complete bastard and then killed him first in an amazingly hideous manner. I was very happy with that. It was nice to go to the movie with Jenga, Cody and Sean. Mmmmm.

Saturday was nice and laid back. Shopping with Kris and then Marci's party. I am very sad about Marci leaving but I can handle it. So far handling it means I don't really think about it too much but I figure I'll have an entire day of Marci in California to deal and all. They part itself was a few too many people for me for awhile. I don't know what it was but there were just too many people for some of it. It seemed that everywhere I went, there were then more people. Wheeee. So, I hid a little bit but not too much. I think I handled everything fairly well, considering I wanted to run away or hit some people with a stick. I only sort of did one and avoided the other entirely. Marci seemed to have a good time, which is the most important part of all, of course.

Sunday was D&D, which was nice. The RP in that group is pretty good most of the time. I enjoy that game a lot. Just a ton.

This week: Very busy at work followed by California.
Next week: Switch that around and you'll have it.
