All sorts of TV to movie things: A-Team and the Dukes of Hazzard. Really not too much anyone wants to know about them yet. Trust me.
According to the WB, the official Season 3 premiere date for Smallville and Angel will be on October 1st.
The Metro interviewed Chris Nolan and Batman came up. So did some other things. From Superhero Hype and The Metro: They then asked more general questions about his influences, which include Star Wars and Blade Runner and 2001. At the tail end of a long answer about "getting" 2001 when he was eight years old, he said:
CN: I think there is a tendency, particularly in Hollywood, to underestimate kids and the way in which they respond to narratives. I think that if you show something incredible and take them to a different world, you don't necessarily have to be telling them the clearest or most obvious story.
Metro: I'm going to read that as your vision for Batman.
CN: Absolutely. Definitely.
IGN FilmForce checked in with its trusty source close to director John Woo about recent rumors that the filmmaker was interested in helming an updated version of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Much to our surprise, our source confirmed that Woo is indeed very interested in the project but that was over a year ago.
Wiseman (director of Underworld) is currently at work with Underworld scribe Danny McBride on a Disney supernatural action-thriller titled Black Chapter, which he describes as "The Sixth Sense meets La Femme Nikita".

Kids' WB! has released the following schedule of episodes: "Day of Recovery" on Monday, Aug 4; "Mindbender" on Tuesday, Aug. 5; "Self-Possessed" on Thursday, Aug. 7; "Under Lock & Key" on Friday, Aug. 8; "Dark Horizon, Pt. 1" on Saturday, Aug. 9; and "Dark Horzon, Pt. 2" on Saturday, Aug. 16.
MTV will now be showing just one new episode os Spider-Man every Friday night. Spider-Man Dis-Abled" on Aug. 8; "Royal Scam" on Aug. 15; "Heroes and Villains" on Aug. 22; "Flash Memory" on Aug. 29; "Mind Games, Part 1" on Sept. 5; and "Mind Games, Part 2" on Sept. 12. This Friday's new episode will be "When Sparks Fly," featuring the return of Electro.
