So, I fixed the computer, got a new card and everything. Now that my computer is working, we have no internet service to connect to! Yeah! So, that's great. Oi. This reminds me of when I moved into the Queen Anne place. So many issues with everything. Who over at Comcast do I have to stab to make things work?

It is blessedly cool today. I thank the weather for turning, finally. Yeah!

What else? There was something else I wanted to post but I cannot remember.

It is Blue Angel day.

Tired.

All sorts of TV to movie things: A-Team and the Dukes of Hazzard. Really not too much anyone wants to know about them yet. Trust me.

According to the WB, the official Season 3 premiere date for Smallville and Angel will be on October 1st.

The Metro interviewed Chris Nolan and Batman came up. So did some other things. From Superhero Hype and The Metro: They then asked more general questions about his influences, which include Star Wars and Blade Runner and 2001. At the tail end of a long answer about "getting" 2001 when he was eight years old, he said:

CN: I think there is a tendency, particularly in Hollywood, to underestimate kids and the way in which they respond to narratives. I think that if you show something incredible and take them to a different world, you don't necessarily have to be telling them the clearest or most obvious story.
Metro: I'm going to read that as your vision for Batman.
CN: Absolutely. Definitely.

IGN FilmForce checked in with its trusty source close to director John Woo about recent rumors that the filmmaker was interested in helming an updated version of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Much to our surprise, our source confirmed that Woo is indeed very interested in the project but that was over a year ago.

Wiseman (director of Underworld) is currently at work with Underworld scribe Danny McBride on a Disney supernatural action-thriller titled Black Chapter, which he describes as "The Sixth Sense meets La Femme Nikita".

Here is an interview with Kevin Conroy. He says he'll voice Batman as long as they want him to.

This is just one of these days where I am consistantly and constantly reminded of who I am not and what I don't have. Not a good mind set for a day where I have to go into meetings with the people I manage and go over performance numbers.

I think I'm going to leave it there or this will degenerate into whiny mush.
1 - leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 - I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 - you'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 - you'll include this explanation.
5 - you'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.

Yes, you are flying out to Michigan on the 13th. Maybe you should plan for that?
