Oh My God.

Strange things happen when you do an internet search on your name.

Really strange.

Wow. Now I'm all nostalgic.
It is very fitting that I had my huge moment of nostalgic doom last night. I went through old papers (read: letters and poems) and found an old website. It is Beltane after all. (Ha ha ha ha, Bush. Your National Day of Prayer is Beltane. HA!)

Aherm.

I'm feeling a little better than I did yesterday. Today I will go to Best Buy with Sean and I will spend my tax refund on DVD fun. Maybe the first season of Xena. Certainly Treasure Planet. Mmmmm. Maybe some other things.

And today is Thursday. That is a good thing.

Almost Friday.

Here is a Matrix review. First one I've seen. Lots of swearing. Pretty funny.

John Turturro is set to star opposite Johnny Depp in Columbia Pictures' Secret Window, Secret Garden. The Hollywood Reporter says Maria Bello, Timothy Hutton and Ving Rhames are also in talks to join the cast, which is based on a Stephen King novella that David Koepp scripted and will direct for producer Gavin Polone and his studio-based Pariah. The project aims to go into production in July.

Reuters reports that X2 will debut in a record 3,741 theaters to kick-off the summer season. "There's always an audience for an action movie" said Lauren Shuler Donner, producer of the sequel and its blockbuster predecessor X-Men.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the home video debut of Disney's animated feature Treasure Planet got off to much-deserved good start Tuesday on VHS and DVD, selling more than 1 million combined units its first day in release.

Rebecca Romijn-Stamos and Alan Cumming say they have both signed up for a third film and Stamos mentions something we could possibly see in X-Men 3... Nightcrawler, who defies gravity and moves with the speed of light, is actually Mystique's son, but this plot point is not explored in X2. "Alan and I are hoping that, for X3, there will be flashbacks explaining this. We don't think it's fair that fans of the comic books know something general audiences don't."

Anyone have some money to throw around on buying movie props?

A funny, funny photoshop contest. I hate that stupid paperclip.

And in case you missed it, here is a link to Governor Bush debating President Bush. Very, very funny.
