So I wake up this morning and get dressed and all of that wonderful stuff. I start heading out the door whne my lower back starts screaming. Why then? I dont know. What was I doing? Walking. No heavy lifting this morning.... I'm hoping its hormone related. I'm hoping it will go away.

I'm gonna take the bus down to Tacoma in the morning to help Mike move. I'm hoping that I'm not the only one who is going to be there helping, otherwise it is going to be a really long day.

Today we move at work. Tons of neat stuff all around that people don't want anymore.

This is not fun.

I am in pain.

Walking, sitting, standing.... Just about all of it hurts. My lower back really, really, really, hates me.

I've taken some Aleve and it hasn't blunted anything as of yet.

You know what? I'm really happy I have Vicodin at home.

I'm hoping this gets better this evening. I'm in that place where the pain is in that sharp place, wehre I almost want to cause it more becuase it is such an interesting sensation. Yes, it is pain, but.... its like there is a lovely hazy euphoria glazing over a dark chocolate pain cake.

I have no idea if that makes any sense to anyone else.

Woooooo. Need to continue working and finish packing. We need more boxes.

I am so happy it is Friday. I'm almost done packing here at work.

I'll have a whole new place to sit when I come into work on Monday.

Moving is good. Everyone gets rid of all of their stuff.
