I declare Friday a mental heath day for me. No going into work. I need the time away.

That and I can't sleep. If I were to go to work tomorrow I wouldn't get anything done. Insomnia is kicking my ass thi evening. Soon I will pull out things that will make me sleep.

Awake now. Got to sleep around 4ish. I should go get some lunch. Lunch is good. Don't want to leave the apartment, though. Augh. Still a little tired.
