Strange things...

I see some odd things on my walking into work from the bus stop. The most notable is the guy who is always sitting in front of Zeitgiest Coffee. He has a third eye either drawn in blue pen or tattooed onto his forehead. It's kind of cool. He's also kind of spooky looking.

Hmmmmm... Paycheck next Friday - things to buy (needed):
garbage cans (the little ones)
papa-san
new sheets because I want another pair
some sort of bureau for holding stuff in my room
night table


Things to buy (at any point) if I find them on really good sale:
TV
DVD player
VCR
Playstation 2
Headphones

(Note to self. Need to get someone to help move loaned furniture.)

Travelling...

I, much like Joe, have a deep urge to go places and see thigns and be elsewhere. I wish I had more vacation time saved up. Arg. It's hard to deal with not being able to leave. I always envied Galen that ability. To be able to decide to pack up and leave and just go.... It certainly had to do with the contstant flights and moving and travelling and things like that I did when I was younger. Always going somehwere....

I'm saving up vacation time for after Christmas. Before Christmas I'm going to go work in Reno for the company. Help things along. It sounds like a pretty posh deal, really. They pay for food, lodging and give you a stipend for stuff. That and they pay you overtime and give you extra vacation for doing it. I figure there isn't any harm in it.

After coming back I hope to spend a few days in town, get some things done and head out again for Christmas and New Years.

Maybe when I come back I'll be ready to settle down for a bit.

I go home now.

No internet at home. Will be next week, but not this weekend. Probably good. I don't have much time scheduled at home this weekend. No idea how I'm getting to Marci's party. Ugh. Oh well. Fiogure that out later. Time to go home now.
