A good day.

litheraIt was a good day. The Germany v Australia game was brutal, though it didn't start that way at all. So far it is an interesting World Cup.
Today Kris and I went to Green Lake and went around in a paddle boat. Other than the seats being way, way reclined, I think it worked out pretty good. It made me tired, which was the whole point. I think next week, we'll try canoeing.
I'm really starting to look forward to SDCC. I a) need a vacation and b) am seeing a lot of conversation about things that I want to know more about.
I need to get my hair redone next weekend.
Hrmmmm. What else? The next two weeks are going to be be crazy leading up to the concerts. This week is minor in comparison to the week after when my parents fly in AND I have a tech rehearsal, dress rehearsal, two concerts and then the Pride parade to walk in. It has been a long time since I've been in a parade and I'll be happy to sing and walk along the route with everyone in the chorus. It feels good to be more active in something I believe in AND to be active musically.
