Daniel Dae Kim is to star in the remake of Hawaii Five-O. That makes me happy.

David Goyer has left Flash Forward. The rumor is that he and Christopher Nolan's borther has sat down to start working on a Batman 3 script. We've been told to expect some sort of Batman announcement before the end of March, so that would work well with that news.

It looks like they're going to relaunch Mr. & Mrs. Smith but this time the marriage will be the cover. Really, though, why would you remake that so soon? Silly.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief is coming out on Friday! I'm so excited!

There continues to be Ghostbusters 3 news. I can't really repeat it here since Bill Murray is all about spoilers. I don't know if it is central to the whole movie or not.

Also, on the comic book front, it looks like Spider-Girl is coming back and that also makes me happy. Hooray!

How excited am I for ECCC? I had a dream about it last night, that's how excited.

I have hope for the Black Widow comic. I dislike the whole "Girl Comics" thing because of the branding more than the idea.... But, yeah, lots of goodness.

I'm....yeah. I'll be posting a rant up on my blog for that later...even if the title is taken from an old romance title from Timely/Marvel. I also hate the Her-Oes title.

Honestly, though, I'd love to see some new great stuff coming out of this. Something substantial with Dazzler, for one thing. A story somewhere featuring a really well-written Satana. A team-up with Kitty, Jubilee, and Pixie. :D Something with Sersi, something with Venus.

I have dreams, gosh darnit, and Marvel has so many great female characters with untapped potential.
