I think I'm about at the point where the urge to start packing is going to take over. I'm not moving for another month, give or take a week or two, but at the same time, I'm feeling like I should start getting ready for it. The desire to thin things out is kicking back in and I'm looking at the kitchen. We'll have less cabinet space in the new place but we have a bunch of stuff we haven't really used sitting in cabinets now, so.... I'm sure I'll have glasses to give away or donate at the very least.

I think my books are about as thinned as I can stand. I know I haven't read some of them in awhile but I can't let go of them, either. There are a few action figures I think that will end up needing good homes. There is clothing that will go to Goodwill. There is always some of that around. I've already gone through the movies and my comics. Really, I don't know what else I /can/ go through to get rid of at that point.

I will have two turtle/fish tanks that will go away. I'm going to be getting a new one for Morla as well as a new stand. (I have to find it first, of course but I'm hoping for something with a little more utility and a little more hiding what it is holding.) There will almost certainly be one tall and one short bookshelf as well. (Not including the one Morla is sitting on.)

Holiday time is approaching rapidly but I'm still not in the gifting mood. It is something that when it strikes, it strikes hard, so hopefully it will strike /before/ things get too much more crazy.

Meh. MEH MEH MEH!
What else... What else.... Need to go pick up the growlers for the wedding this evening

The fish tank is pretty big.
Def deeper than you current, and I think a bit more square footage, but I don't know if it's significantly bigger offhand - I want to say it was a 40 gallon tank?

The stand holds it up with some room to spare. Next time you're over you can check it out.
