Variety is running the news that the hero of the new Predator movie is Adrien Brody. That seems something of an odd choice.

Sam Raimi's non-Spider-Man 2011 project seems to be based on Warcraft and the Lich King plot. I have no idea how that's going to go.

I'm trying to remember what it is I'm supposed to be doing this weekend.

It's been known Sam Raimi was doing the Warcraft movie for a while now, so I believe that, but the fact that it's based off of Arthas is, if you trace the article references back, is just because the subtitle Rise of the Lich King showed up on IMDB. I've been burned for trusting IMDB before so not going to believe that info until I've seen it confirmed in an interview or studio press release or something of that nature.

If you know of an article with such a confirmation already, though, I'd be glad to see it. :)

Adrien Brody is going to need a goatee or some serious scruff if he's in a predator movie. Unless he's going for an ingenue who teams up to hunt aliens...

Wait. They already made that film...

I do hope the turn down the "Suck" dial for the next film or two, it's a wonderful continuum with a lot of potential. They just keep screwing it up.
