I would have gotten in today if it weren't for the fact that someone had drilled the deadbolt and replaced the door locks as well as added a lockbox. So, y'know, I'm pretty sure I would have liked it on the inside. I did like what I saw of it, the bottom floor with the small 'bedroom' and half bath. Kris and I looked at a place a lot like this when we were looking for places to rent.

So, we'll see if I can go see it tomorrow.

Also, I need to talk to the bank about getting my credit extended since my 90 days have run out. I get the feeling there was something most I should have done there that I didn't but as soon as I can get someone to call me back, I'll get everything in order there.

And I'm using this icon because I refound this picture today.

Drilled the deadbolt? That doesn't sound good.

They think it was the winterizing crew but neither the owner, the realtor or the bank had a clue. Still, it really looked like a nice place. It sort of whispered to me a bit.

Wait what?

Of course Redfin is not going to have a clue, and this will only add to the amount of work your realtor will have to lift inorder just to view the property.

First find out who really owns it. The listing might still be up and it may have already gone up for foreclosure sale.

Its likely the condo is already underwater so your realtor may have to be experienced in dealing with a shortsale to get the best bang for your buck.

Good Hunting!

No, no. I was with my realtor at the time. I know it is a bank owned, so having dealt with that once already, I've got an idea of what to expect. The Redfin link was just so people could see it.

The creepier possibility is that someone moved in.

That seems unlikely as there is a lockbox on the outside that has the keys in it. It really looked like a work crew did it.
